TRM has since it's inception, carried out all design work in house. Schematic capture, PCB layout, Metalwork and Plastic design and advise on machine design are all within out technical expertise. This capability allows us to enhance your machines by creating control systems tailored to your needs and ensures that you are not paying for extra components that you do not need.
Cables and Interface boards can also be designed and matched with drives, power supplies and motors to ensure that a single order can deliver all of the electrical equipment needed for machine completion. This is important to our current customers as it allows them to concentrate on the mechanics and they can be assured that they are not then waiting for one supplier that does not have a component in stock, meanwhile all other components have been bought in.
We have worked with engineers from around the world to create inspired products for their machines and some of our designs are still in production since the early 1990's giving testament to our thorough design concepts and reliability, as reliability, cost and ease of use are the key features that keeps our customers machines selling year on year.
