Our range of SMC Multiaxis Motion Controllers with built in HMI (Colour screen and keypad) and I/O are all new for 2011 and replace the PMC range that has been used worldwide for many years. The SMC range of Motion Controllers can either be custom programmed by using a 'C' compiler for OEM's or supplied with one of our advanced motion control programs that makes it very easy to complete complex and simple tasks ideal for machine installers and retro-fitters. We have different software available to suit most applications, MAP, G-Code and PROCUT are just a few. The SMC 5.7B is our entry level Motion controller with 5.7" colour TFT screen and 6 key keypad. This controller can control 3 stepper axis or 2 servo axis, or a combination of stepper or servo to a total of 3 axis. Due to the small keypad, this Motion controller is ideal for machines or processes where the operator is not required to enter parameters.

The SMC 5.7P is our standard Motion controller with 5.7" colour TFT screen and 30 key alpha numeric keypad. This Motion controller can control 3 stepper axis or 2 servo axis or a combination but a maximum of 3 axis. Due to the 30 key keypad this Motion controller is ideal for most applications where the operator has to enter new data into the controller as variables for cutting applications, pick and place machines, labelling machine packaging machines and many more.

This Motion controller can control 3 stepper axis or 2 servo axis or a combination but a maximum of 3 axis. Due to the QWERTY keypad this Motion controller is ideal for applications where the operator has to enter data quickly into the controller. The jog wheel can be configured for axis jogging or for speed setting or for most other requirements.

This controller can control 3 stepper axis or 2 servo axis or a combination to a maximum of 3 axis. Due to the QWERTY keypad and the 10.4" screen, this motion controller is ideal for larger machines. The jog wheels can be configured for axis jogging or for speed setting or for most other requirements. Ideal for CNC applications.
